"Fall ‘08 Exhibit" at Central Park Medical Plaza (West Newberry Road at 43rd Street)
This is an open exhibit (no theme) for any work not previously shown at the medical plaza.
There is no fee for this exhibit, but pre-registration is required. Each GFAA member may pre-register 1 or 2 pieces of 2-dimensional art (or shallow 3-d that can safely hang on the wall with a normal picture hook).

DROP-OFF for the exhibit is Saturday, August 23rd from 9 - 10:30 am.
Only pre-registered work will be accepted into the exhibit at drop off (no substitutions).
If you will not be available to pick up or drop off your work in person, you must make arrangements with someone else to assist you. I cannot be responsible for work left behind or accept pieces early. If you cannot pick up in person, you should notify me in advance who to release your work to. If you cannot drop off in person, you MUST print and sign a liability waiver (see below) and have it with your work at drop off.
The show will hang from August 23rd to November 22nd. There is no reception scheduled for this exhibit.
We will hang the show from 10:30 - 12:30, and need volunteers to help out. Let me know if you can assist with hanging the show.

ask me to remove any artwork from the facility at any time for any reason. I also understand that security against damage or theft of artwork(s) is not provided,
and that I am responsible for providing for insurance for my artwork(s), or otherwise accept full responsibility for my artwork(s), including during the time period
between deliveries to and pick up from the Central Park Medial Plaza exhibit. I therefore release all parties connected to the Central Park Medical Plaza exhibit
from any and all liability for the security of my artwork(s), including but not limited to the Show Coordinator, the Gainesville Fine Arts Association, and any and
all staff or officers of Central Park Medical Plaza and Southeastern Integrated Medical, P.A.
